Terms of Service

By placing an order on this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't place an order.

You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to buy from us. Our products are designed for children but the purchase must be made by an adult.

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones published at the moment you placed it.

When you place an order you'll get an email confirming we received it. A contract forms when we accept your order and dispatch it — not at the moment you click pay.

That matters in one specific case: if an item has sold out in the seconds between you ordering and us processing it, or if a price or description was listed in genuine error, we can decline the order. If that happens we'll tell you promptly and refund you in full, usually within 3 business days.

We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer, and to decline orders that appear fraudulent or that come from resellers bulk-buying limited releases.

All prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping is charged separately at checkout — flat rate, with free shipping on orders over $35.

Payment is taken at the time you place your order, through Stripe. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

If a price was listed incorrectly and the error is obvious, we may cancel your order and refund you in full rather than honouring the wrong price. We'll always tell you before doing this.

Promotional codes are single-use per customer unless stated otherwise, can't be combined, and can't be applied retroactively to an order already placed.

Orders placed before 2pm ET ship the same business day. Everything else ships within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.

Delivery estimates are estimates. Once a parcel is with the carrier it's outside our control, and we can't guarantee a specific delivery date. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, contact us and we'll chase it.

Risk passes to you on delivery. If a parcel is lost in transit and never arrives, tell us and we'll replace it or refund you — you will not be left out of pocket for a parcel you never received.

Any customs duties or import taxes for international orders are the recipient's responsibility.

You have 30 days from delivery to return anything for a full refund — including items that have been squished. We only ask that the item is clean and that you've kept the packaging where practical.

To start a return, reply to your order email or contact us with your order number. We'll send a prepaid return label where the return is due to a fault or our error.

Once a return reaches us, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 5 business days to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

If something arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund you in full, including the original shipping cost. We don't ask you to prove it with photos, though they help us fix the problem at source.

Limited edition items can be returned on the same terms as everything else. The only thing we can't do is exchange a sold-out run for the same piece.

Our squishies are tested against EN71 and CPSC standards and are non-toxic. They are recommended for ages 5 and over.

We describe our products as accurately as we can, including measurements and materials. Colours can appear slightly differently depending on your screen, and every handmade or glitter-finished piece varies a little — that variation isn't a fault.

Squishies are not indestructible and are not safety equipment. They're not intended to be chewed, used as teething aids, or given to children under 3 unsupervised. Please inspect any squishy your child plays with and discard it if the skin tears and the filling becomes exposed.

Limited runs are produced once, in the quantity stated, and are never restocked. Once a run sells out we cannot supply more, and we can't hold stock or reserve pieces for anyone.

We do not set, promise or guarantee resale value. Any secondary-market prices quoted on this site are reported averages from the collector community and are not an offer, a valuation, or a prediction. Collecting is a hobby, not an investment product.

We're not affiliated with, endorsed by, or able to intervene in any secondary market or resale platform.

By joining our email list you consent to receiving drop alerts and collection updates. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing is immediate.

Transactional emails — order confirmations, receipts and shipping notices — are part of the purchase and will be sent regardless of marketing preferences. We can't deliver an order without sending them.

How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any right you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence. If any part of these terms conflicts with those rights, your statutory rights win.

Beyond that, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as a gift arriving late for a specific occasion, or any loss of resale value. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

We don't exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

If you have a problem with an order, contact us first — almost everything is resolvable with a message, and we'd much rather fix it than argue about it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and disputes will be handled by the courts of that state. If you live elsewhere, this doesn't remove your right to bring proceedings in your own country of residence.
